What are your fees?
My fee is £50 for a face to face session in my Clifton Consulting Room, and £50 for an online video session.
How long does a session last?
Sessions are 50 minutes long, double sessions are 105 minutes (an hour and three-quarters)
What happens in a session?
When you arrive for a session we can talk about anything; your childhood, your relationship, or even the annoying drive to work. As we explore whatever is on your mind, patterns begin to emerge. By recognising those of them that are unhelpful I can find opportunities to challenge them or ways in which you can do things differently that support your well-being more effectively.
Can I park nearby?
There is street parking directly outside, but at busy periods it may be necessary park further away, so leave a few minutes extra in case.
How do I pay?
I take payment by cash or card (in person). I can also take payment in advance by bank transfer.
